Team Challenge is a unique team development event. It is a competitive and friendly event, in which your team learn and develop as you work through the stages. Teams consist of five or six people from your organisation. An organisation can submit as many teams as they like.
 

 
 

 

Although there will be physical challenges in the event, you do not have to be at the peak of physical fitness in order to take part. The best performing teams will be the ones who plan and execute stages effectively. Several intellectual challenges will be interweaved, requiring logic, creativity and hands-on team-working skills!

       All Team Challenge participants will achieve the following:

  • An understanding of their team strengths and areas for development

  • An understanding of their own leadership style in different situations.

  • An opportunity to flex leadership styles in a safe environment.

  • An experience of supporting each other in a range of situations.

£1250 per team plus vat



Each team is asked to raise a sponsorship donation for the local charity supported by each Team Challenge event , or a charity of your own choice. Your efforts here will contribute to your Stage 1 score!! Fundraising can be done in a variety of different ways – including from within your organisation or by contacting suppliers to support you.

Imagination and creativity is the name of the game here. In addition to the main event trophies, there will be a trophy for the team that raises the most money at each Team Challenge event.


Event rules and regulations will be issued when your entry form and payment is received. These are also available from: enquiries@ourteamchallenge.com


You will need to bring tracksuit and/or shorts and sports top, trainers and some dry clothes. You will be provided with team numbers at event registration. Ideally, you should wear matching clothes/colours – to build the team spirit and make it easy for your supporters to identify you!


A packed lunch will be provided, we’ll ask you to let us know of any dietary needs closer to the event


Your team should consist of 6 people. Each team can contain any combination of sexes.
