Fun, challenging and developmental - what better
way to build your team’s effectiveness – take part,
compete and raise money for charity in the process.
This is a developmental event. We will support you with a
face to face team performance coaching session, before and
after the event, to ensure you maximise your success and
take your learning back to work! You will definitely see
your team-working improve during the stages of the challenge
and at work!

Each Team Challenge event
will raise money for a local charity. For example,
the Cambridge 2010 Team Challenge is raising money
for the Teenage Cancer Trust, while AgeConcern
Barnet will benefit from the Barnet 2011 Team
Challenge, and the Teesdale 2011 Team Challenge will
raise money for the Great North Air Ambulance.

During the event, time will be set aside
for self facilitated performance improvement interventions.
We’ll provide the tools, you will identify where your team
is performing well and where improvements could be made.
We’ll then challenge you to take your learning back to the
workplace in order to make your organisation more effective.
You will leave the event with a new ability and motivation
to make your team perform more effectively.
Your team will take part in stages that include physical
challenges plus brain teasers, time pressure challenges,
communication challenges, clue finding and deciphering …. a
stimulating mix of tasks that allow every team member to
contribute to team success. |
